This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for purchases made within the Elite Herd application.

1. Digital Services

Elite Herd provides digital services and features. Due to the nature of digital products, all purchases are generally considered final unless stated otherwise.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

You may request a refund under the following conditions:

• The request is made within 7 days of the transaction
• You experienced a technical issue that prevented proper use of the service
• You were charged incorrectly or multiple times

3. Non-Refundable Situations

• Requests made after 7 days of purchase
• Change of mind after successful usage
• Violation of Terms & Conditions
• Partial usage of subscription period

4. Subscription Services

If your purchase is a subscription:

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
• You may cancel anytime, but refunds are not provided for the remaining period

5. App Store Payments

If your purchase was made through app stores such as Google Play, refunds are subject to their respective policies.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
